Answers before you ask
What counts as a 'transaction' in Managed mode?
Any successful money-moving call (DMT transfer, AEPS withdrawal, UPI payout, etc.). Failed and reversed transactions are free.
Can I mix Managed and BYOK per service?
Yes — that's the whole point. You can run DMT on our Fino keys and AEPS on your CredoPay keys. The mode is per (business, service).
Do I pay for the underlying Cloud Run / Postgres?
In Managed and Growth BYOK, infra is included up to fair-use limits. Enterprise gets metered infra with per-Spoke pricing.
What if I need a vendor you don't support yet?
Enterprise customers can commission a new vendor integration; it typically lands in 2-3 weeks and becomes available to all customers.
